Hadith 214
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ قُدَامَةَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، فِي حَدِيثِ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ عُمَيْسٍ حِينَ نُفِسَتْ بِذِي الْحُلَيْفَةِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ لأَبِي بَكْرٍ " مُرْهَا أَنْ تَغْتَسِلَ وَتُهِلَّ " .
It was narrated from Jabir bin 'Abdullah, in the Hadith of Asma' bint 'Umair, when she gave birth in Dhul-Hulaifah, that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said to Abu Bakr:
"Tell her to perform Ghusl and enter Ihram."
